A cozy 52 sqm apartment is waiting for you in Wierschem on the Maifeld, the "Tuscany of the Eifel", for 2-4 persons in the basement of our 2-family house, in the immediate vicinity of Germany's most beautiful castle of Burg Eltz. 

The suitable for allergy sufferers apartment includes a bedroom, a large living and dining room with sofa bed, sep. Cooking kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, utility room with washing machine, separate entrance, upscale amenities. Towels and linen are of course included in the price. 

The large terrace with adjoining lawn offers space for relaxing hours. The small private garden is completely fenced, so that their four-legged friend does not come astray. The children can play safely there. Our house is on the outskirts (in a road game), to 50 m, they are already in the midst of meadows and fields. Near the forest. Beautiful hiking trails for exploring the beautiful Maifeld invite to walks. Walk along the bright yellow canola fields or past billowing cornfields. Hike on romantic paths through the Elztal. Our house is located just 300 meters from Traumpfad of 2013, Eltzer Burgpanorama. Even the dream path of 2015, the Pyrmonter Felsensteig, is only a few kilometers away.

Refreshments in Landhaus vor Burg Eltz (300 m) or in various restaurants in the lovely town Münstermaifeld (2 km). You will also find shopping (Lidl, Norma, bakeries and butchers). Also two practices are established and of course a pharmacy. Swimming pool consist in Münstermaifeld or 25 km away Laachersee or in one of the beautiful crater lakes in the Eifel. 

The Mosel is just 4 km away. Experience during the summer months, the traditional wine festivals or do a wine tasting at the winery. Also found on the Maifeld in the summer months many festivals take place cozy, z. B. rape blossom festival, Asparagus Festival, Potato Festival, farmers' markets or in June the famous Linde hard in Wierschem. 

Move the bike the Mosel along or enjoy the magnificent views of the Maifeld Cycle Route, where you can join in Münstermaifeld. 

Also for bikers offers Maifeld an ideal starting point for trips through the Eifel z. B. the Nürburgring (42 km) or on the other side of the Moselle to the Hunsrück. 

The city of Koblenz is only 30 km away. Enjoy there a beautiful gondola ride across the Rhine to Ehrenbreitstein. Visit with your kids the zoo in Neuwied (38 km) or the wild animal and leisure park Klotten with many attractions (25 km) Experience in the pre-Christmas contemplative traditional Christmas markets in the surrounding villages of Maifeld.
